Signature Ironmongery understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order. Orders placed on a weekend day will not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Delivery time: We usually deliver orders within 5-7 days 

Processing time: we take 1-2 working days to process order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers take one business day to activate.

To request a copy of your tracking email, please contact our Customer Service team by email or via Live Chat from the email address used to place your order. To protect our customers, we cannot provide order details to anyone other than the billing or ship-to party.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the following options: choose a different product, cancel the backordered item, or have it shipped to you when it’s available. The payment for the full amount of your order will be processed immediately and the rest of your in-stock items will ship at the time of purchase.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately upon receipt at +1 (973) 920-5911 We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

In order to remain tax compliant in your state and to safeguard against fraudulent activity, Signature Hardware is unable to reconsign shipments after the product is already in transit to the order’s original address. To change the delivery address of your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at +1 (973) 920-5911 who will assist with cancelling and replacing your order.

  • All international orders are sent via either UPS,FedEX, DHL

CUSTOMS CHARGES

All parcels sent outside of the USA are subject to customs charges, this now includes the EU as of January 1st 2021.
